Seniors need to conserve energy as they are prone to muscle fatigue, joint stress, and pain. Here are some tips on conserving energy in one’s daily activities:
A. Organize your work.
Plan your activities and prioritize important tasks. Get rid of unnecessary steps and combine tasks when possible.
B. Balance rest and activity
Have frequent short rests instead of long ones. Stop immediately when tasks become stressful.
C. Simplify work
Cancel tasks that are not necessary and delegate responsibility to others.
